GM Presentation Displays Chevrolet’s New Electric Pickup Truck

When GM said it would present 30 new global EVs through 2025, it was not kidding. The company’s presentation at the Barclays Global Automotive Conference revealed more than one of them. Apart from the GMC Hummer EV in SUV guise, many other new vehicles appeared in the background, such as an Equinox-sized SUV and, more importantly, what seems to be Chevrolet’s new electric pickup truck.

 

 

Report: We May See a Plug-In Chevy Pickup Truck Next Month

A recent report by Bloomberg suggests that General Motors will preview or debut an electrified Chevy pickup truck at the virtual 2021 CES show next month. GM CEO, Marry Barra, is expected to make a keynote speech at the virtual conference on January 12, 2021.

Report: GM will show off its plug-in Chevrolet pickup at CES in January 2021

General Motors Chief Executive Officer Mary Barra plans to provide a peek of upcoming electric vehicles at CES next month and bolster the automaker’s credentials as a rising power in EVs, according to people familiar with the matter. Barra will give the opening keynote address on January 12 for the all-digital expo, formerly known as the Consumer Electronics Show.
